Arnie's Poetry Café

The October edition of Arnie's Poetry Café showcases the Cleaveland House Poets—Fan Ogilvie, Ellen Story, Ellie Bates, Leroy Hazelton, Chris Legge, and Tuni Deignan—who will read original work before an open‑mic invites the audience to share their own verses. Set in the Playhouse’s historic auditorium, the evening celebrates the island’s thriving literary scene and honors poet laureate Arnie Reisman’s legacy.
